Form information for 2021/2022



RE-ENROLLMENT INFORMATION:

Tulip continues to grow and we look forward to continued partnership with families in providing education for life and faith.

The re-enrollment period for the 2021-2022 school year will begin on June 23rd, 2021. The deadline to re-enroll your child is July 15th, 2021.

Delay in submitting your re-enrollment application may cause school seat lost or at waitlist. To ensure re-enrollment must affirm your application before July 15th,2021.



WHAT ABOUT THE APPLICATION FEE?

- Please note that the following will be applied to the re-enrollment fees:
USD 450/- for each student (USD 300 Re-enrollment Fees + USD 150 Books and school uniform and Digital Resources).

-The fees for the next academic year include re-enrollment fees, and the amount of re-errollment fees will be considered a first payment of the fees for the next academic year.

- Next installment is due before the first day of the academic year that begins by september 6th 2021, please take note that students whose tuition fees has not been paid for the 1st semester before school begins, will not be allowed to start school.

-In order to secure your son/daughter a seat for the next academic year 2021-2022, you must submit this re-enrollment form to the admission office before July 15, 2021. Failing to do so will not guarantee a seat for your son/daughter. This form will not be accepted without payment.

- Students, who wish to withdraw from school after payment of re-enrollment fees, should complete withdrawal forms available from the Admission Office. The School will deduct only USD 100- of the deposit if the withdrawal form is signed and returned before August 1st, 2021.
